Lion

As you all know, Lion hunting in Africa is under much pressure. Tanzania needs a 21 day license for Lions. We are talking USD 45,000 just on the daily rates excluding charters, Trophy fees and bait! Zambia offers good hunting but all their prices went sky high when Botswana closed down Lion hunting.

In South Africa, Lion hunting still survives due to the perseverance of private land owners. The Predators Breeding Association to which we belong, promotes fair chase hunting. Strict ethical and legal regulations must be adhered to.

Hunting a Lion will make you go home with a new perspective on life. The lion exudes majesty and power, always a breathtaking sight to any hunter and rightly so. He is the largest of the African cats weighing in at between 400 and 500 pounds.  He stands nearly 4 feet at the shoulder and measures about 10 feet from muzzle to tail.  The Lioness is somewhat smaller in stature, but what she lacks in size she makes up for in “mean”.

This might be your last chance to hunt a Lion. We have many Lion hunters references.
